Refunds and Returns Policy

Our Return Policy is applicable only unto a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of products that have been used already. This is due to hygiene and sanitary concerns

Please note that refunds or replacements will only be approved in the case of shipping damages or manufacturing defects. Due to sanitary reasons, we will not be able to accept returns of used products. In addition to that, refunds or replacements will not be processed if the product is damaged due to incorrect usage (Please refer the instruction sheet given along with your product)

Incorrect usage includes:

  • Using canine or front teeth to chew/bite on Jawliner
  • Chewing for an excessive amount of time (refer instructions for recommended usage time)
  • Fast and forceful biting that may cause product damage due factors like sharpness of teeth
